    To my knowledge that's why we have keter audits. Its something we do because of that.

    We had a feeder driver fall and break,their ankle and get a head injury. In front of security, managers as well as on video.Fired for dishonesty
     
  9. It's all tied in together. But the company has to give OSHA a safety plan and tell them how they are going to implement it.

    KETER is done by liberty mutual to make sure we're OSHA compliant. Because if OSHA comes out and we get inspected on our paperwork, it's a huge fine. But its okay, you know everything right?

    We have inside KETER also that outside ups manamgent does, but that's to get ready for the real KETER

    That may be true but it doesn't make it a requirement. Many things are osha "guidelines" but not requirements.

    I'm willing to say I'm wrong if I see proof but like I and many others have said. They don't sign them. So if it was a requirement S* would hit the fan in these places.

    So... like I said. We use keter because of our mistakes in the past.

    Psssh, you don't have the company pay you for all the off-the-clock work you "volunteer" to do, so why wouldn't you be fine doing it for someone else?
