ORS covers the dispatch when the regular guy is on vacation. Our routes are complicated that our DM does not trust anyone lower than us to do the dispatch.

Actually she may be correct. All this safety BS we do is because of the agreement we have with OSHA. IT was a way for UPS to get out if a big fine because we are way above the industry standard for injuries.
