Here's some food for thought.
The Navy seals recovered tons of "intel" from Bin Ladens hideout. It will take time to sort through all of it. Since he's dead, many believe his secrets went to his grave with him, or did they????
WHAT IF ?
1) they find out that the republicans in control of the country at the time were in cahoots with Bin Laden the whole time? 911, world trade center bombing, Bali Bombing, spain bombing etc etc...What if they find Dick Cheneys number, or President Bush or the Bush family numbers? What if they find a direct connection to right wing think tanks like "The Project for the New American Century run by Bill Kristol??
WHAT IF ?
1) they find out that the chinese were behind the funding and support of Bin Laden and all his actions??

If it turns out that president bush and his administration were behind the bombing and killing of our own citizens, should President Obama even want to tell us about it and face the prospect of total anarchy which would erupt when all americans no longer trusted its goverment?
If another nation is involved with Bid Laden, like the chinese, would we go to war with them?? When Ronald Reagan, Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld created Usama Bin Laden, we secretly funded ALL his training, housing, financing, arming and recrutiing when he formed the Mujahadeen. Usama led the fight with Russia secretly funded by the american tax payers. That broke the russian economy and crushed the russian empire.
Now, usama bin laden has cost this country over 3 trillion dollars in 15 years. Our country was crushed by this man and his actions. (alledgedly). If it was russia who was behind the man who took them down, and they were "secretly" funding his war with america, would you support going to war with them?
Given the amount of intel recovered, I bet dick cheney, bush and rumsfeld are very nervous. Thats just an "unsustantiated" opinion. But we will see what comes out of it.

I think Cheney is a bit nervous about his Pakistan connections. His praise of Obama's success might be an attempt to call off the dogs, if you know what I mean (and I suspect that you do).

WHO IS "THEY"... The seal team was never spoken to immediately after the raid by any press agency, so the truth was all speculation by all cable news shows, from CNN to FOX.
The rush for the "scoop" failed america and the world. This is the problem with cable news shows.
"Sources" can prove to be wrong. Just ask catherine Herridge, who reported that detainees in gitmo were waterboarded and the information that led to the raid was obtained in gitmo. Unfortunately, she was punked by donald rumsfeld and john McCain. Rumsfeld said Catherine herridge's "sources" were being "LESS THAN DISENGENIOUS" or in other words LIARS.
It didnt matter, fox rushed this info to air.
The raids specifics will not be known for sometime, so all thats left is for cable news to report what they believe they can obtain through press conferences. Information about this raid is like playing the game "post office", it starts one way and at the end, it changes completely.
Lets just be happy for our country and accept that he is dead, and avoid trying to embarrass our country picking through details that could come back and haunt this country.

could be true or not. Unnamed sources have been known to lie too. I'm not too sure we will ever know the whole story. Most stories have at least three sides and one of them contains the most truth subverted with lies and agendas. With ben laden dead and Zawahriri being accused of treason, who is next in line? Surely he (who ever it is) would have no reason to lie.
In my opinion, with NO facts to support my claims, this is my position.
Usama Bin Laden was always a phoney. Reagan, Cheney, Rumsfeld and Bush 1 made him who he was. They trained him, they funded him, they supported him. After he fought the russians in afghanistan, there was nothing left for him to do since Reagan was facing a possible impeachment for gun running and arms for hostages. Lucky for Reagan, he got shot and the impeachment never took root.
Going into Clinton, think tanks like "the project for the new american century" were already talking about war in the middle east. Bill Kristol, the founder and fox news contributor, made a statement in july 1997 when he said, "the only way to get the american public to endorse war would be for another event to happen in the United States that would eclipse Pearl harbor".
How did he know that in 4 years, he would get his wish? Kristol, a man who has been involved in many republican administrations since reagan appears to be the real "Karnac" the future teller.
I believe republican think tanks working with Usama Bin Laden, who had been so helpful to the republicans throughout the reagan/bush administration may have been working together to create strife in the middle east to get war started.

When you look at the newly released Usama tapes, it appears all hollywood. A false boogeyman.
At home, Usama appears like a pennyless homeless man, yet, never leaving his compound, how does he get the elaborate clothes, the makeup, and the backgrounds for his tapes? Hair dye, beard dye, pressed clothes... how does this happen when there is no dry cleaners on the premises???
If someone was trying to create a boogeyman in order to get 2 wars going, and then profit from each of them despite the human costs, then making Usama Bin Laden a ghost was in order.
If they made him a ghost, and convinced americans that usama was in afghanistan in the mountains, then they knew they could stay there for years and never catch him. Putting out a tape over time keeps the americans convinced that the boogeyman is still out there.
Playing on americans fears and patriotism isnt a tough challenge. Cable news channel fox brings on many defense think tank officers daily to talk about usama in afghanistan and reinforce the claims that he is there. Over and over, they talk about him being in the mountains, in caves, under ground , blah blah blah....and what makes them experts, is that they are former military men who are recruited to these think tanks to do the speaking for those behind the scenes.
It all sounds so professional and real.
But its all B.S.
Look at the video of Usama sitting in a dump watching tv, everything in that room would cost about 200 bucks combined, yet, his back drops in the videos would cost about 1000 bucks.
How does this figure? Unless there is a network to support him. Who is behind it? Why was it near a military compound, and there for almost 6 years.
Who made the deal to harbor him there? Bush/Cheney and the ISI? Bush/CHeney and the pakistani army?
Bin Laden was a useful tool to the republicans during reagan bush so why would it be such a stretch to believe he wasnt used again successfully against our own country for monetary gain?
The same people were involved during 9/11 as in reagans term with the exception of Bush 2.

One problem you may have there TOS is that in the aftermath it was "official" spokesmen who came back out to "advise and extend their remarks" or otherwise correct the "official" record of the "official" coverstory. True enough the news networks can jump but in much of this case this was not the entire story.
From sources like Counterpunch to Glenn Greenwald to TruthDig to Black Agenda Report, far from being right wingnut sources have all documented the ever changing official story of the OBL operation. Left/Progressive Counterpunch's latest is Alexander Cockburn's Volcano of Lies.
