GE who owns msnbc is a major war profiteer and they canceled keith olberman's show i believe because he was anti iraq war. on top of that, msnbc stopped dennis kucinich from getting into the 2008 debates which is another example of them preserving the establishment. they also dont have any of the famous intellectuals on like cornel west, or noam chomsky, and perhaps chris hedges belongs there too.

but aside from that, its the wrong business model for good news. im unaware of any reputable news source which does corporate ads.
