Sessions did talk to Russians a couple of times but as a part of his job as a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee. Not connected to Trump or the election which was what he was asked.

Franken is a clown and the stooge they put up to detract from Trump's successful speech. Michael Moore is out there this morning too espousing that Trump planned for "good television' with the tribute to the fallen Seal. Calling the grieving woman an "idiot".

Russia appears on the schedule only once – the Sept. 8 meeting with Kislyak. The day before, Sessions also took a meeting with Ukraine Ambassador Valeriy Chaly. These meetings took place a week before a seven-day unilateral ceasefire plan was accepted by Russia on behalf of separatist rebels it backed in the conflict with Ukraine.

We heard similar excuses for Flynn. Just normal conversations that were completely harmless and in the normal course of government business. Then he was fired. Which is it, normal or a termination level offense? Can't be both.
