In addition to the scam, we should ARREST the tax preparers who WILLFULLY prepare these types of returns and process them to the IRS.
Dont blame the immigrants completely, they dont know the tax laws of this country, and it takes a preparer to point those types of things out and abuse them.
The tax preparer in the video showed his own files of his own clients ripping off the US goverment, but he is also responsible for the scam. A co conspirator.
As long as he was getting paid, he didnt care that his clients were breaking the law.

What's does one more illegal act mean to an illegal alien when he willfully acted illegally in entering this country in the first place?
.....and herein lies the logic of the right wing.
They excuse the real criminals responsible for the illegal aliens coming here in the first place. They dont want to blame EMPLOYERS for hiring them, they dont want to blame landlords for renting to them, they dont want to blame the car dealers for selling them cars, they dont want to blame the banks for extending them credit and when they cheat the US GOVERMENT out of tax dollars by using AMERICAN tax preparers who exploit the tax code, they say "What's does one more illegal act mean to an illegal alien when he willfully acted illegally in entering this country in the first place?""
Look, illegal aliens dont understand basic english, they dont understand 1st grade math and they surely DONT know how to decipher the US TAX CODE, heck half of you on this board probably couldnt do that by yourselves.
This story is sold under a false premise, and that premise is that illegal aliens "found" and are "exploiting" a tax loophole.
The tax preparers of this country are in the business of making a buck, how better than to market to illegal aliens by exploiting a tax loophole in the tax code? The word gets out and before you know it, illegals are flocking to this type of preparer.
A real american watching out for his country would stop this practice or NOT PRACTICE this type of scam in the first place.
What we dont know is what fee this particular tax preparer charged the illegals for this scam. I bet he charged them OVER the going rate and used a debit charge on a bank account to insure he got "HIS" money.
There is more to this scam than you may think.
The IRS should AUDIT the guy in this video and see how many returns he processed. If he willfully participated in defrauding the goverment, then HE too should be prosecuted.
