I am lucky enough to live in Montana where there isn't any violent protests, but if I lived in one of these major areas with the insane riots and looting I would be doing exactly what you would be doing. I would make sure my family is kept safe at all costs. Any looters or anyone planning on causing harm to my family or home would get shot without hesitation.

I live in a smaller city. We had some protests downtown and like 4 people arrested from what Iv read so I am glad I don’t live in a bigger city, however even then it still makes you just hate people even more. If people truly want change go vote. I went through a war at the age of 7 and got lucky enough to come to this country and have a good life but what I am watching on tv scares me for what the future hold for my little one. Wouldn’t want anyone going through what I went through especially my own. Just sad that people are exploiting “peaceful” protests into let’s burn our own community down, that will show them we are serious about this change.

Not sure if it's the same in other areas but here we are still on strict no OT orders. We have many rentals and probably about 12 redtags right now.

I know it sounds repetitive that I keep mentioning it but there is only so much we can do in a 8 hour day, and it drives me nuts that the company refuses to acknowledge that their expectations are unreasonable



We need the OT, and this is coming from someone that does not like working OT.. When I first started I was forced in almost every Saturday to do engines, trailers whatever the senior guys did not want to do. These days 40 hours is more than enough UPS for me

They're getting rid of some of the older vehicles but they're not buying any new ones to replace them with

The way UPS does it is new replacements are not ordered until the old truck is disposed. Not sure how long after disposal or how often orders are done but it does seem to take about a year to get a truck
