UPS Benefits question?

I have no clue if somebody could answer this question but does Holiday and Sick days count towards your hours each month for your benefits?

I have no clue if somebody could answer this question but does Holiday and Sick days count towards your hours each month for your benefits?

I wasn't sure so I went and checked my paystubs on upsers. Holiday and sick days are separate from your hours worked so I don't think that they count toward your monthly totals.

if you take a sick day or use an optional day the hours count towards health and welfare and pension so do vacation weeks.
