I believe that's central Florida. They should be good the major issue they keep preaching here is the storm surge expected to hit Ft.Myers and Naples area on the west coast as well as Key West. The storm surge they are expecting is somewhere around 6 to 12'.

The inland high-wind threat is very real. It will be the worst since Hurricane Charley for C FL interior, and will probably easily surpass the damage caused by that one. Although I'm not sure the right side of the eye wall passes that far east, the winds gusts should still reach 80-100 mph in that area.
