Really? Playing a round of golf on the clock while in uniform? Look...it's not a fireable offense...but it's not professional in any circumstance. At least bring a change of clothes or something...

Why isn't it professional? I know a handful of guys that play as many rounds as they can fit in or hit balls on their personal time in uniform. Our Vegas drivers like to go to the casinos for an hour (I'll do that myself when I have money to lose).
In AZ our contract says you can't wear the uniform pants in and out of the building although they let that one go when Mgmt wanted to get us to get rid of our lockers. There are more than 5 strip clubs within a mile or two of the Phoenix building and many times on Thursday nights they are full of drivers wearing their uniform shirt. Guess they didn't think that one through.

A few years ago I had the Lake Placid route. There was one summer day when the other driver and I finished up a bit early so we took our lunch hour together at the driving range. We parked the pkg cars off to the side and spent our break hitting golf balls.
The only consolation for those that are put through the willful protraction is back pay and interest is accruing as well as punitive damages. Nothing stop the employee once an adjudication is finally made on a particular case to pursue other forms of relief. Two can play at the drag-ass litigation too.
