It's part of the spending bill.
Congress likely will send a bill to the White House in the coming days that includes a provision that will put a stay on enforcement of two key elements of the 2013 rule: The requirement that a driver’s 34-hour restart include two 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. periods and the provision limiting the use of the restart to one time per week. The suspension of enforcement will last at least until Sept. 30, 2015.

What's start time for you drivers tomorrow? I didn't work today and my sup didn't respond to my text so I'm not sure if I should wake up at 6 or 7. I figure I'll get up at 7 and assume start time is around 9.

start time is whenever i get outa bed, so probably 12pm maybe 130pm

Start for us is at 9 this morning. 5-6 hrs. Only sheet what we deliver. Easy day. Maybe an 8 hr day for Monday

On last Monday. We had 26 under 8's. Out of the 33 that ran. Because of Saturday delivery. 50 bucks an hr helps too
