What can you get fired for?

Bulk stop of apple products, one of the boxes were mixed in which was for another address but I delivered it anyways. Made contact with the customer, got her name and C.I.R, etc.
Hmmm ... weird that you were able to CIR a bulk stop of Apple products ... I'm always surprised when I'm allowed to DR an Apple product, that didn't really start happening til the pandemic, and I've had customers tell me that I DR'd a $1000 item when I come the next day and have to get a sig for a $200 item

It is weird. Do you think I'll get any discipline for this? Another driver told me that I'm on the 'radar' and even said they are going to start to 'audit' my deliveries

You intentionally delivered it? Why? I’ve done this before I just retrieved the package from Apple and brought it back to the building. The workers at Apple set it aside because it didn’t have their address. It’s nothing to stress over.

Were you able to retrieve the package? If so it will be a slap on the wrist and told to pay better attention. If anything, a warning letter as the start of progressive discipline.

If the package is now gone it will get a little tricky but you shouldn’t lose your job. Assuming that you didn’t do it on purpose and the Apple product isn’t sitting in your living room.

If you (or another driver) weren't able to recover the pkg I'd be more concerned that they'll invoke the restitution clause of Art 10 Sect 1 NMA. A warning letter is no big deal. But from now on 1. get a sig when you're delivering Apple bulk and 2. look at every shipping label before you load the cart/put the piece on the dock/scan it/etc.

This past winter they kept dispatching me sections of a loopmate's route. That driver happens to be the safety committee co-chair. Had a follow up for a piece he misdelivered. Reading the follow up, and based on my cover driving days, I could tell he hadn't paid any attention to the label and delivered based on the (bad) pal. He left an international shipment containing $3000 worth of electronics at the door of a resi that was about 5 miles from the business. I had the follow up the first day and the third day and made legit attempts both times. NI-1 and NI-3 LOL

Now a days if you mistakenly deliver to a wrong address, the product is history. People know that they will not be prosecuted and that the company will just eat the costs associated with thief, similar to credit card fraud.

The best bet is to trust no one when it comes to delivering expensive merchandise. Follow the methods and verify the address on the package and the individual receiving the product. The veteran drivers know their routes and the customers they get “Spidey Senses” when they expect fraud.

I've heard that in some districts you can be fired for taking pot shots at your center manager with a BB gun. Not sure that is true, but I would generally try to avoid doing that...

Recording lunch and not taking it, not taking a lunch at all, driving to your lunch destination when you have already started your 1 hour lunch period, sorting your truck off the clock, etc

Being naked in the back of a pkg car looking at porn and a customer calls center manager about pkg car parked in lot for awhile and center manager drives by and opens door and notices something doesn't look quite right. He was relieved of his duties.
