I'm a driver. My Sup probably punched me out. I called him that i'm done at 5:15pm. But I drove back to the UPS location for 20 minutes. I didn't take a break at all.

Are you qualifying? If not, take your lunch and breaks. And don't let your sups edit your time card unless there's a valid reason.

It depends. Add up your hours worked, If they match your hours paid, it's fine. If not, they stole 30 minutes from you. You can grieve it, but expect a disciplinary warning about taking your lunch.
