I hated being in the union.
I am a Conservative.

Too bad MN isn't a Right to Work state.
I would have opted out of the Union.

The Union is screwing current Teamsters now with the new tentative contract.

I have my issues with the union too, but there is no way we get paid what we do without them.

I'm not in a rtw state either, but there is something distasteful to me about freeloading on a collective bargaining process funded by others

They should have a 2 path route. One is union get the perks, dont join and deal with what the company wants to give you.
