UPS pays the Union roughly 26,000 annually per individual to cover just our Health and Welfare..Does anybody remember the old "Cadillac Health and Welfare tax" plan first implemented with Obama Care back in the day...

You are talking about 10,000 additional taxes annually coming out of your pay checks, at UPS our hourly raises of roughly 1 dollar only would account for +2,500 per year...Do the Math and see if with the next round of negotiations whether we will be falling behind with our take home....
