You have to know the contract verbatim and swear to not do bargaining unit work.

The P/T supervisor test has NOTHING to do with the contract lol. It is a basic test with a little math. It is not hard to pass at all. Answer the questions with consistency and you will be fine.

I don't know how true it is but I heard they ask personality questions. One of those I think is are you the type of person to give or to take. Depending on your answer, they usually have a position for ya.
