When did UPS care what the Teamsters wanted?

I do not understand. The union will be meeting with the company to decide if a friend/T person should be
hired? It is in the company's best interest to decide when to hire. Frankly, the union should not be engaging in this, and problems WILL result. I saw this happen with the SteelWorkers Union. Not good.

Same reason UPS lost the arbitration in regards to the very first 22.3 jobs. UPS likes to manipulate the numbers
