Crazy. I guess keep vigilant on your hours. That will be a huge retro check.
State law will have a higher minimum wage and better break / meal provisions than the old contract for 3 years straight at this rate.

I read last contract took 10 months.

Will be a nice retro check considering I’m 10 days from my 1 year raise... which went up like $4/hr vs contract we’re working under.

I hope it doesn’t take that long honestly, I’m looking at ~$7/hr raise and then more on top of that if it takes past May. I wonder if a retro check is taxed as regular wages or like a bonus.
