That’s jacked up. Seems to me if they pay dues, they should receive a retro check too. Even if they had to mail it to them. I’d bet there’s a loophole to protect the good ole boys in this scenario as well

State law will have a higher minimum wage and better break / meal provisions than the old contract for 3 years straight at this rate.
