There saying 8-10 months it will take to pass all supplements. Does that sound right?

    Why?

  10. So they don't have to pay them.

I want them to quit because I like seeing the supervisor running around like a chicken with its head cut off. And more ot.

  14. We are still working under the old contract.

  15. That’s jacked up. Seems to me if they pay dues, they should receive a retro check too. Even if they had to mail it to them. I’d bet there’s a loophole to protect the good ole boys in this scenario as well

Nope last contract I think if you quit you were not entitled. As if ups would actually do the right thing.

eats packages Why won't the door close?

Crazy. I guess keep vigilant on your hours. That will be a huge retro check.
State law will have a higher minimum wage and better break / meal provisions than the old contract for 3 years straight at this rate.

I read last contract took 10 months.

Will be a nice retro check considering I’m 10 days from my 1 year raise... which went up like $4/hr vs contract we’re working under.

I hope it doesn’t take that long honestly, I’m looking at ~$7/hr raise and then more on top of that if it takes past May. I wonder if a retro check is taxed as regular wages or like a bonus.
