Was told corporate decided we needed LESS SECURITY. Told to me by my manager directly as we were discussing how lousy security was....How low can we go? Our building has mostly blue shirt part time sups doing hourly work and very few full time types(mgt) just seeming to drive around as fast as their carts will go....ask any question.... just far away blank stares.

Our facility has around 110 drivers. We have no security guards or metal dectators and park in the yard. Theft doesn't seem to be a problem.

Ours has over 800 drivers, god knows how many hub rats, we all go through body scanners and your bag gets x-rayed a la airport style and we STILL have theft problems.

they've actually stepped up security in my building.

we are now not allowed to have ice in our lunch boxes when we leave the building, it must all be dumped out first.

We have one of those xray conveyor belts at our building for bags. It breaks down occasionally and they request to see the inside of the bag...sometimes.
