I agree with you on the money part especially when it comes to the pension

The language part was fantastic
But he definitely got what he wanted by putting big pay increases up front so the union dues money will make the union stronger

Well, I never listened to his hype, but you’re certainly not wrong. He got a lot of people whipped up. But at the end of the day, I think the contract is good.

I honestly didn't think he was being able to get rid of the 22.4 language

I heard they wanted to get rid of 22.4s and have a 401k match, instead of the pension, so I don't count that as a big win.

Im sure it’s one of those things that gets proposed every contract and then promptly thrown out with something pie in the sky that the union asks for. That’s why the leaked proposal was so laughable, of course they propose an economic package that will make them billions.
