It boggles my mind that we have become so lazy as a species, that we have to have self driving cars.
Like I said before, many people really enjoy driving cars around... most people will not want to have a robot car or pay for a robot car...hell, I could most definitely start seeing people driving regular cars start to screw with the robot cars just to see how they would react in certain situations...trying to cut them off, slamming on their brakes or riding a robot cars ass...just wait and see

Wonder what happens when these sensors get caked with salt and dirt.
They shut down.. just like the systems in the ups tractors that are the crash Mitigation sensors...would be horrible if a robot truck looses visibility and slams into another conventional car or truck...

Fully autonomous test vehicle killing pedestrian, therefore, posts refer back to that.
The Uber car is not fully autonomous. Level 4 but still needs a driver to take over in certain situations. Part of the problem with these cars is States like Arizona have very few restrictions for testing.
