Like I said before, many people really enjoy driving cars around... most people will not want to have a robot car or pay for a robot car...hell, I could most definitely start seeing people driving regular cars start to screw with the robot cars just to see how they would react in certain situations...trying to cut them off, slamming on their brakes or riding a robot cars ass...just wait and seeIt boggles my mind that we have become so lazy as a species, that we have to have self driving cars.
They shut down.. just like the systems in the ups tractors that are the crash Mitigation sensors...would be horrible if a robot truck looses visibility and slams into another conventional car or truck...Wonder what happens when these sensors get caked with salt and dirt.
That's hard to say when you consider many makes have some sort of auto pilot feature, automatic braking and lane assist. The number probably multiplies every year.
Thanks for not answering my question.
That's just in Cali that are fully autonomous. Like I said many makes now have some sort of autonomous systems in their regular cars.Last number I saw was 180, in march 17. Not good odds, if you ask me.
All I was talking about was fully autonomous. In your definition, mine would be, because the headlights turn on automatically. That's just in Cali that are fully autonomous. Like I said many makes now have some sort of autonomous systems in their regular cars.
