Will there be a national strike at UPS?

I mean good grief, if you want to talk about Nancy Pelosi, talk about why she was invited to speak at the BLET conference "Addresses by Congressional Leaders and Labor Leaders Highlight BLET National Convention". (For those who don't know the BLET are Teamster railroaders.) This was after Pelosi had openly threatened to break any strike by railroaders. Talk about why O'Brien approved this, spoke there and gave his usual BS lines about "taking on crooked politicians." Sean, it was you and Dennis Pierce (the BLET president) who invited and welcomed crooked politicians into a Teamster meeting!

To be fair, if you posted this in current events you'd have a lot more replies. Most of them would be about Jew Worshipers, MAGA Trumpers, and libturds, but you'd get a lot more replies.
To be fair, the current events forum has threads about things that are actually happening.

I think most people probably read the name of this thread, think "no", then move on.

During a strike How long do you think Tim Apple will hold his iphones and MacBooks in a warehouse before he says screw it and ships with FedEx instead?

We haven’t even started negotiations yet, 9 months or 270 days before the deadline. Any strike talk is conjecture.

Both sides probably already have their proposals done, O’Brien has publicly announced his intentions, the Company knows them. The UPS pilots Union has settled theirs early, unlike how they been treated in the pass, they were forced to work without a new contract for years because they couldn’t actually strike either.
Are the rail unions doing the same thing hoping to push it toward our August first deadline?

Sounds like you need to elect new local leadership if they don't want to fix the problem.
That is only part of the problem, The company stalling, vague contract language, along with questionable panel decisions, or no decisions at all, and arbitration slow everything down not everything can be fixed at the local level it’s a bigger picture than that that most people do not see.
