If you’re thinking of being dishonest in any shape or form, think really carefully. Integrity issues will land you in hot water here.

This is it really.

You can screw up over and over and over, but as long as you're honest about it (up front is better) then you're all good.

These three are pretty much non-negotiables in any industry, union, non-union, management, etc.

1. Theft
2. Workplace violance
3. Sexual harassment and/or assault

A recurring theme however is that UPS is huge on broadening what defines theft. Take the lead of other drivers on here regarding what would constitute dishonesty, if you have exhausted all other means (I.e. common sense, or being like me aka the guy who will call sup 2900 times a day with questions).

Never be shy, annoy them if you need to. Even the simplest little things, because LP will not be shy in using those to fire you when they want.
