Watch at the 1:35 mark of the video when Triple H is facing Brock Lesnar. Just before Triple H turns to face John Laurenietis he mouths the words "Here we go" to let Brock know it is time to attack him, ultimately "breaking" his arm.

Paul (HHH) grew up where I live. I graduated high school with him. Although I agree, that stuff is fake, I've seen him a handful of times after some matches. Definitely had some injuries.
