Tex-Mex is way better than real Mexican.

Ate at a place just north of here called Huey Lueys.
Had the Chile Poblanos with Brisket ... fantastic!
That is the dish by which I judge Mexican/Tex-Mex.
It needed some heat and their hot sauce is really good flavor and had the needed heat.
For Metro Atlanta UPSers ... there is one in Hiram (the original), Acworth and Sandy Springs.
Definitely worth a try.

My favorite item at a Mex-Tex restaurant is when they make the guacamole at the table.
I can and have made a meal out of good guacamole and crisp chips.
