Annual raise

I received 50 cent raise my first anniversary date and 30 cents every anniversary after that. Along with the raises in the contract. But I didn't get my 30 cent raise this anniversary. I wanna know if I'm suppose to get raises on my anniversary date or not?

@JW : it can be kind of complicated to explain your "raises" for the first four years, when you start getting the contract raises in addition to the anniversary raises. I suggest you ask a knowledgeable coworker (maybe a shop steward) to go over it with you. Or, I think there is one contract Supplement that has an easy to read chart, for Local 804. You can download it from their website, or from UPS Agreements, 2013 – 2018

Anniversary date? Seniority date yes. While in progression. Otherwise August each yr
