Our personal/sick time is accrued month to month where I'm at. Something like 3.33 hrs per month and you can bank up to 420 hours before they start cashing you out.

Everytime I get it I still get the flu.
I'm pretty sure Cement and I are covered under the same supplement, and sick days, personal days and vacations start in May.
