Yes ours to so what was point of Orion if my route is now adjusted to the way I want it and run it .... I was in hell on my route for 4 weeks until we switched it all back. Ok 1st stop is in sec 4821. Lol. The whole center of truck slammmed floor to cieling ... Ok boss how to I grab that box I need in the least amount of time. And are we not supposed to use our methods of delivering and pushing boxes forward for next delivery

Not a preload issue it is a dispatch issue. Who probably is a part timer. And to be honest is a lot of responsibility for a part time supervisor to do. They are called dispatch supervisors
