And that mindset justify's you working your drivers those inhumane hours while you sit at home playing video games and watching South Park reruns?
I’ve never gotten into video games. So it’s probably a sadistic mix of South Park and the raunchiest porn you can imagine. God willing the two shall never mix but if they do...Bebe snowballing Cartman would be hilarious!

Anyone with a lick of sense calls you a total wack job. You wake up paranoid, live the day paranoid and go to bed paranoid.
Try working for a contractor for a few weeks.......then get back to us. What these people are telling you out there is factual. It has been going on for a very long time and it's only a matter of time and perhaps a very short one at that when it shows it's ugly self at Express.

Your paranoia is showing its ugly self again. You actually think Express will be contractor ran in the near future? You keep making observations about Express but dont work there. Strange

I didn't say that. What I'm saying to you is that as a nonunion "at will " employee that company can do just about anything they want to you and there ain't damn thing you can do about it. And therefore there's nothing that can stop Express from adopting some if not many of the work practices currently in play at Ground.

I am an "at will" employee and am free to leave when I want. Unlike many on here, I wouldn't work anywhere I didnt like. Most on here post about their hatred of the job and keep working there. Why?

It will be fine

He hasn’t had a contract with Ground for about 7 years and keeps making observations about it too. Ignorance has no impact on his faithful beliefs.

" I wouldn't work anywhere I didn't like" The "didn't like" may be closer than you think. Take a look around at the changing face of Express. A steady conversion to all part timers, zero benefits, no guaranteed minimums. . Your pay progression slowing to a crawl. Cuts made to full timer medical plans with higher deductibles. That's the new Express. But then again you're one of those people who will forever love Fat Freddy no matter what what he does to you.

Oh, I'm very comfortable because the reality I speak of is a human condition that you contractors not I are accountable for.
It goes much, much higher than contractors. You say you know so much about the model and yet you don’t know that? Kinda throws your “expertise” into question.

Observations? You can dismiss mine if you choose to but there are still plenty of others including contractor employed drivers on this site as well as other sites who are describing the exact same conditions in their full and ugly reality.

What a do know is a deflection of blame when it see one. And this is DEFINITELY a blame defection. Granted,it is to a limit extent but to serve as a corporate whipping boy to be a convenient place to park all the blame are two of the reasons for the creation of you multi route so called "entrepreneurs". Nevertheless, your employment practices are in the end yours and no one elses regardless of the operational and economic pressures placed on you by Fat Freddy.

Once again, you are making observations about Express that you know nothing about. Part timers have FULL benefits minus disability pay and the same minimums as always. You need to research before you make misinformed post. Part timers and full timers still have minimums, insurance and MOST of the same benefits. Since you dont work at Express, you might want to stay away from those discussions.

Because it’s wiser to lay the groundwork for the next phase of your career while still getting an income rather than just walkIng out and having to take the first job you can find.
