To be honest I cheated. That's in a nice community and the top school district.

But most houses are over 500k. I think it's ridiculous also.

You should be getting what ever the new contract says you do since Aug 1st.

So if you're a 3 year progression driver as of Aug 1st. You should be getting the new 3 year progression pay rate.
