Yes we are having this except not as missed our center manager uses another Non Deliver designation. It kind of getting annoying honestly because some of these younger (age not seniority) think they have to make 9.5....im like 
thier 9.5 should have worried about this before not now...im making 10.5 with a fckn smile just because it ruins their stupid imaginationland numbers.
