What time does your preload go down? Around here if you started at 8 you'd be dumping smalls bags for an hr and 15min and still be out till 7:30.EXACTLY!!!! Get me theout the bldg early! I didn’t mind working hard, I was well used to it, it was the ridiculous time it took to get on the road!

Here's a good question to ask, when your preload is not wrapped.
What time did the UNLOAD start, when did they finish?
did the unload belt overwhelm the preload sets?
complaining about having to push preload and driver starts further up while the unload is beating down everything as fast as they can really explains a lot about the *new* philosophy they have inside the building, which is to make it a sweatshop. Same logic they use to construct less efficient belts over previous boxline setups. Training is dead, IE is dead. They've been replaced with a tech bro in a nice suit.
