This has to be the dumbest thing ever said on this board.

Peace.

That's ironic in a way since I was not sincere and actually attempting a parody of your posting style.

(LifeNews) — Democrats in the House have written a new letter to pro-abortion President Barack Obama urging him to do more to spend taxpayer funds on paying for abortions in foreign countries and promoting abortion counseling.

The Democrats say they believe the Obama administration is too literally applying the Helms Amendment, which prohibits direct taxpayer funding of abortions in foreign countries using taxpayer-funded foreign aid. The liberal members of the House want the Obama administration to review the amendment and funding to determine if abortion counseling, information and abortions themselves can be legally paid for under a looser interpretation of the law.

“We are concerned that improper implementation of current foreign-assistance restrictions may be impeding our ability to provide even more effective and life-saving information and services,” they wrote in the letter, which The Hill obtained. “In particular, we are concerned that the Helms Amendment — which restricts but does not prohibit abortion funding — is being implemented as though it were an absolute ban.”

AGAIN, another play out of the FOXED SPEWS playbook. Take something completely out of context to fit a right wing agenda. I doubt if you actually READ the letter which is contained in your post, but it CLEARLY states the reasons and intentions of the funding. No where in the letter does it ask him to SPEND MORE for abortions, but rather, clarifies the intention of a law abroad.

The letter is clear and concise and self explanatory. Unfortunately, you run with the "OPINION" of some kooks and cut and paste it on this board in the usual style without comprehension of the facts.

Try reading it.

Peace.

[h=2]Planned Parenthood Annual Report Shows Half-Billion In Government Aid, Performed 329,455 Abortions…[/h]

Via NewsBusters:
According to its latest annual report, the Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) received $487.4 million in tax dollars over a twelve-month period and performed 329,455 abortions.

The latest annual report covers the period from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010, the PPFA’s fiscal year. The report states that the organization received “government health services grants and reimbursements” totaling $487.4 million.

Previous Planned Parenthood annual reports showed total funding from “government grants and contracts” (which were $363.2 million in 2009), while this year’s report also accounts for payments from Medicaid managed care plans among the payments the group receives from government.

When compared with previous annual reports, the latest one shows an almost steady increase in the number of abortions performed at its clinics: In 2006, Planned Parenthood did 289,750 abortions; in 2007, it did 305,310; in 2009, it did 331,796; and, in 2010, it did 329,445 — a small decrease from the previous year.

Records Show 91% Of Pregnant Women Planned Parenthood Sees Get Abortions…

Planned_Parenthood_bus-580x298-550x281.jpg

Or as the Democrats call it, “female reproductive services.”
(LifeNews) — As LifeNews reported last week, a new annual report the Planned Parenthood abortion business released shows it helped fewer pregnant women with prenatal care and the number of pregnant women it referred for adoptions declined as well.

The report also breaks down the “services” Planned Parenthood offers in addition to abortions. Planned Parenthood has always come under fire from pro-life groups for doing hundreds of thousands of abortions by providing little in the way of help for pregnant woman wanting to keep their baby or considering adoption. The new report shows that hasn’t changed.

The new document the abortion organization posted shows Planned Parenthood did 329,445 abortions in 2010 while it provided prenatal care to only 31,098 women and referred only 841 women to adoption agencies.

How much would 329,445 more welfare recipients have cost the government?

The point is they are paid for by taxpayers...............there's suppose to be no taxpayer money used for abortion. Also, many families await a baby to adopt.....and the baby wouldn't be a burden to welfare.

How does 500,000 illegal immigrants affect the welfare system in California ?????????????

Sunday, January 8, 2012 @ 2:05 pm[h=2]NJ Abortion Doctor Arraigned On Five Counts Of Murder For Performing Late-Terms Abortions In Maryland…[/h]
anti-abortion-push-550x286.jpg

Why it’s not legally considered murder when the same fetus is two or three months old is beyond me.
(TheDC) — An abortion provider from southern New Jersey was arraigned Friday on five counts of murder, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

Prosecutors in Cecil County, Md. allege that Dr. Steven Brigham delivered lethal injections to five late-term fetuses at his clinic in Voorhees, N.J. and then extracted them in another clinic in Elkton, Md.

Authorities allege that Brigham, who runs a chain of abortion centers in five states, approached late-term abortions this way because New Jersey has stricter laws about who may provide outpatient surgeries.

(LifeNews) — A federal appeals court has upheld a pro-life law in Texas allowing women a chance to see an ultrasound of their unborn child prior to an abortion.

During the recent 82nd Texas Legislative Session, the Sonogram Bill (House Bill 15) was passed and signed into law by Governor Rick Perry. This historic law protects a pregnant woman’s right to view her unborn child and hear the heartbeat of that child before making a decision about an abortion.
On August 30, federal district court Judge Sam Sparks enjoined crucial parts of this law – further jeopardizing the health of women undergoing abortions—just two days before the law was to go into effect.

The injunction was sought by the New York based Center for Reproductive Rights, an abortion advocacy group that files lawsuit against pro-life legislation.

Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott, who is pro-life, quickly filed an appeal on the same day that the lower court released the injunction with the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans
