The videos are being released in a slow and judicious fashion and they don't bode well for the rioters defense. Those people were duly warned of what the consequences could and would likely be if they crossed that line.
The funny part is the way those brave and courageous "patriots" are ratting one another out in an effort to persuade a liberal judge to let them off easy. However a federal judge who is hearing some of the cases has informed DOJ that he's receiving death threats. After this report sympathetic ears might now be in short supply.

There's a guy on video at the Trump rally named Epps who was advocating that when they went to the Capitol they should break into it. The Trumpees started chanting "Fed!" at him. He was never charged by the government and is believed one of the FBI people there instigating the riot. You can snark all you want but the Federal government used that rally to hurt Trump, nothing more. Can't imagine what y'all are so afraid of.....
