That’s terrible they fired him for that. I don’t blame him. I don’t see how they can say putting a hat over this is tampering as long as you’re not physically disabling it . This company has gone to far with the harassment type non sense. Hopefully the union can do somthing to stop it.

Not only is they using this as another way to discipline drivers they are also using this as a way to downsize management.
And over have of the management doesn't even realize what is truly going on..
We're done almost 50% on full-time on car supervisings. They're replacing them with part-time flex supervisors.
They don't have enough on cars that know how to do the job themselves. And they have those kids trying to train new drivers.
