I'm too afraid of getting "the look" to do that. Like a shot through the soul
My SIL thought for a brief moment before he made the wise choice of politely offering her a piece of cake.

Same thing I told my drivers@FrigidFTSup i asked my center manager whose idea fdr fdl was.
His response. Complete morons that's who.
Found an fdr air at RDR before I even leftSame thing I told my drivers
Been a huge problem here. I brought it up on the division call last week but I just got blown off.Found an fdr air at RDR before I even left
While we're at it lets make the shelves 1/2 3/4 5/6 and 7/8Been a huge problem here. I brought it up on the division call last week but I just got blown off.
What do I know, I just have to deal with 20 drivers over it while some office schmuck gets to ignore it
Numbers are so confusing. While we're at it lets make the shelves 1/2 3/4 5/6 and 7/8
Those geniuses will probably make it UFDL, LFDL, UFDR, ETC...While we're at it lets make the shelves 1/2 3/4 5/6 and 7/8
I know you kid, but in Minny we had one side of the belt where all the cars were named colors. When we changed the placards to reflect the color that matched the name misloads went downNumbers are so confusing.
Use colors instead. Red, blue, pink, green, yellow, orange, mauve, and fuschia.
What about colorblind preloaders?I know you kid, but in Minny we had one side of the belt where all the cars were named colors. When we changed the placards to reflect the color that matched the name misloads went down
You're grasping at straws. Even if we can cut the number by 25% that is a successWhat about colorblind preloaders?
Or when its dark (as usual) and you can't distinguish colors?

And I don't disagree with that. The only people who don't understand that are the office jockeys up stairs who haven't been on a preload in 20 years. The biggest problem is the lack of accountability. UPS is so desperate for part timers the preloaders can get away with almost anything so have little incentive to provide good loads.
Yep. Take my loader today. She's terrible everyone knows she's terrible. She's been there at least 3 years so she should be decent. The biggest problem is the lack of accountability.
