So, what kind of stats do you get with those responses? I always find it funny that it is supposed to be anonymous, but make it be very easy to figure out who did the responses with all the statistical questions they ask you.

We did our surveys the first week of April. Every manager usually has a follow up feedback meeting. Here it is almost August, and no meetings. Must have been bad.

The comments were a lot better than I expected. Actually made me feel pretty good

I only get the commments and average rating on each thing that pertains to me specifically. I don't get "Straight Male 34-40 said"

Of course there is one or two that I can pick out. But that's because they put specific scenarios in it. Of course I'm going to remember that one peculiar incident and who was involved. When I get general feedback I have no idea

Half the questions on the last survey were about the butch element.

The problem with the survey is all the questions should be fill in. For example: Name some problems you encounter most often.
