I hate leaving a mess but sometimes it will take me several days (or longer) to finish a project. If I can't finish it quickly I can take my time doing it.

I inherited my fathers tools but they were mostly duplicates of things I already had. He did have some weird stuff from when he was a hydraulic mechanic in the Air Force but those things I had no use for.

What are the notches for?

Two rollers that hold the tubing against the cutting wheel. The knob on the end of the screw forces the tubing into the wheel.

Hard to explain, but easy to use with a little practice.
