My wife had her sleep study done about two years ago and the doctor told her she had stopped breathing over 300 times in the 4.5 hrs she was asleep. She tried the CPAP machine on various settings, she tried several different face and mouthpieces, she tried the nostril piece and in the end, she gave up on the machine.
There were nights she would wake up choking from the air and fighting with the hose. If you are a face or side sleeper try to elevate yourself a little higher or you won't get any sleep due to tossing and turning trying to get that hose situated. She finally gave up on the machine and has been off of it for over a year. I don't know how they work for some and not others but that was her experience. Good luck with yours.

It was the last stop of the night and I was already pissed when I saw the contents but oh well, easy money and not much I could do about it. But to make matters worse, that gotdamned person had to be home and had to come out to greet me. I HATE YOU. lol
Candy lady: Working late tonight! I bet it is going to get worse this time of the year.
Me: It's always late this time of year. We at UPS feel that it's more important you folks get your candy cane Hershey Kisses rather than get off at a reasonable time and have a ham dinner with the family.
Candy lady: Oh, well thanks! Have a good night too!
I didn't even have anything to say back I was so aggravated.
