I bet the contractors have been plugging too much into it to begin with. This is their handy work. You have to watch those contractors---most of them will screw you every chance they get.

There was something stuck and broke off in one of the plugs. Everything in this house was done shady as hell. We’ve spend a year and a half trying to fix it all

Don't you people have hand carts? It's 6 stairs. I would be in the office on Monday for that unprofessional delivery.

I'm very disappointed.

The house is behind a gate and on maybe ten acres, so they ARE out of sight. Lol.
No, I don’t have a handcart. I can barely push those off the back of my truck. No way can I lift them to carry them up the stairs.
