Never had a problem. You need to roll it tight and get the air out. Use that body mass of yours!

Or buy a slightly larger bag.

Those things are a pain but I was always able to squeeze it in the bag. Almost need a steamroller to get the air out sometimes.

Use a contractor trash bag. Use a vacuum to remove air like a space bag.
