You know how much of the year we didn't break 1200 PIECES on local sort in Minny?

We had that problem in my center. My loop was all business routes and there was a bare minimum that had to be in to cover all the pickups. Still about 2 or 3 times a year they would listen to IE and cut more routes. Every single time it was missed pickups and customer complaints.
