For lunch today, I had leftover Genghis Grill stir fry. Also some crab dip as a kind of snack. I'm making chicken and rice casserole for the family tonight, and I use a rotisserie chicken for the protein.

It's $1.97/lb. 12.5 lbs. That is plenty big for me. They had one that was 30 lbs.
