We're getting to the point where if they don't really start spending we are going to have massive issues soon. Our preload is maxed out. During peak we were loading feeders with delivery stops and then unloading them to fill more packages cars once the first round of guys left.

When I was out in Minny last month they told me Minot and Bismarck ran 2 full preloads everyday because they were so far behind.

UPS will delay capital expenditures until just before a new contract to help their bargaining position.

Not to mention adding more planes means more UNION jobs

If we paid that much for brisket here, I'd make brisket every weekend.

I would kill to have some of your master BBQ burnt ends. Would be pinacle of my BBQ eating life. (And I eat a lot of BBQ) but then again. Evething I eat from there on out Iwould be disappointed with. .....double edged sword.

A competition guy showed me how to do burnt ends.

Like Tex said, cut 'em, put 'em in a pan withe sauce and stick 'em back on the fire.
