Yesterday was "No Immigrant Day" (I think), where immigrants stayed home to show how necessary they are. Did any of you even notice? I didn't. Don't have any effect here that I could see.

My daughter told me she heard ICE rounded up a bunch of Hispanic day laborers from a 7-11 in the town next to me. I've done the route where it is 30-40 of them hang out there all day waiting for work, leaving their trash everywhere. The compassionate side of me is sad for them, but if they're illegal...

And yet your neighbor will hire them to do work at half the price.......
