Bigger problem IMO is that none of them want to drive. They don't look at it like a long term play.

can you blame them !!
Beat them up then try to throw them out before guaranteed hrs and tell them in 7 yrs maybe you can drive !
Plus a lot have very little work ethic , particularly in large hubs near inner city ,, some ,,,, NOT ALL !!
