Say we send you out with 10 hours of work and you do it in 8, you're paid for those 2 extra hours. Some places it is paid out at time and a half, here we pay it out at straight time.
My old building we had a guy who would make more in bonus alone in a year than what any of the PT Sups made period. 68 years old too. Not some runner gunner.
