It's going. Butt is still stalled at 159 for almost five hours now. Been wrapped for four. Brisket is coming along nicely. Worst case scenario, when the brisket is done, I'll crank the heat and power the butt to being done.

Why the hell did you wrap it so early. You want A nice bark on it. I don't wrap mine at all till it's done

I have people coming at 2, eating at 2:30, so I can kick them out by 5:30/6.... that's why.

Patience. You still have 3-4 hours until you want to serve. No need to panic yet.
